Jamie Hamill - Owner 

Quantum Management

Jamie brings over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, and organisational transformation. His career spans senior leadership roles with global organisations across Africa and the Middle East—particularly in risk management—through to serving as Chief Executive of a Northern Ireland Business Improvement District (BID) and founding an award-winning SME in the hospitality and tourism sector.

With nearly 30 years' involvement in the evening and nighttime economy (ENTE), Jamie is a recognised expert in the field and currently serves as an assessor for the Association of Town and City Management’s (ATCM) Purple Flag accreditation. He also represented Northern Ireland for seven years on the UK BID Foundation Council Board, during which time he led CBID to become the first BID in Northern Ireland to achieve The BID Foundation’s Industry Standards.

Jamie is a Fellow of both the Institute of Place Management and the Royal Geographical Society, and has previously served as an expert advisor to the English High Street Task Force.

Academically, he holds an MBA in Business and Risk, an MSc in Business in Technology from Ulster University, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Place Leadership at Manchester Metropolitan University.

In 2024, under Jamie’s leadership, his organisation was awarded the ATCM Best Business Support Award for the UK and Ireland.
